Bad attitude and miss treatment

I walked into Jacaranda Centre's FNB to reverse a debit order that I made an arrangement on and the company deducted the money after all, so needed to get advise and reverse the transaction. The white lady that helped the clients to where they must go, took me on and told me that I can stand either in one or the other cue between services and where you can get statements, and told me in a disrespectful manner that she doesn't know why we come to the bank for that and we mustn't come to the bank for that because she is not sure who will get the money and so on and so on... This I find very personal and bad attitude, It has nothing to do with that lady why the arrangement was made and I'm no, so certainly does not want to be handled like one.
