Clicks refuses to correct their mistake

Absolutly annoyed with the customer service at Click in the Rosebank Mall. I am from Durban and purchased goods, my debit card was debited twice and the manager had a attitude and they refused to help me. They made me run to my bank, where my bank told them to reverse one transaction and give me the items. Clicks refused and said the bank will reverse both the transactions. Only one transaction was reversed and I have none of my items or the money spent. The attitude of the staff is disgusting and not helpful at all. I am greatly dissappointed.
