Teletop debit order at FNB

I went to FNB to ask why a company called Teletop has a debit order on my bank account. They said they know it is and are investigating it. But at the same time I had to pay R35.00 to remove the debit order.
As the amount is R89.00 I did not receive a sms and only realized when I received my bank statements. Now the amount was deducted on the 30 August 2013 and FNB will not refund this money as I only went to see them on the 4th of September and this is to late to reverse the transaction. How convenient!
