We are bond payers by standard bank since August 2012... to date we have only recieved one statement and that was in September 2012... Myself and my husband has called the call centre on numerous occasions to ask for the statement... consultants would then say they sending it... but we would never recieve it...
Whenever we call we reconfirm details., ...they have our correct info but why dont we get the statements!!!
Really irritated by empty promises!!!
