On the 21st of January I was involved in a car accident, after a very traumatising morning that day I came to the office and submitted a claim. I was told that my claim consultant will be Wendy. I must say that WENDY is the BEST, from the first time I spoke with her, she made me really to believe in her and leave all my worries to her. All our Values were met 200%, She kept me informed of the progress, connected with me very well and all kept her promises. My claim was finalised in 2days and paid out a day after. Due to the type of cover I had and my damages amount, I had to be paid cash but she went an extra mile, in telling me about which panel beaters i can go to and which assessors can help me. I got car hire same day of the accident and my 1st claims experience with Our claims department was, Fantastic!!
