Inefficient service

So I submit a Homeloan Application to FNB lansdowne which has its own challenges as a process. So I follow up on the process and the consultant tells me that she 'meant to call me' to submit my contract of employment... which I already did when I opened my account to confirm my employment, but they said 'they 'cant find it'.
So first of all there is a delay in my application due to mis-communication from their side and then my private and confidential contract of employment which I submitted is nowhere to be found!

Wow thanks guys... is this the service you give a platinum account holder?!
