Bit frustrated

Good day!

I don't really want to complain: I just want to get somewhere now.
Im trying to get a personal loan and Im a SASB client.
So I applied online but Im not getting feedback.
I dont have the time to go the Bank, so going to the branch is not an option at the moment for me.
Alot of my associates have bank accounts with other banks and when they did the online application with their bank it was in a good time frame and manner.
