I am unable to get a statement for my Smart bond. The first time I called the agent confirmed my details and told me I would recieve an sms and email of the statement. Nothing yet. Today I called and was told that the whole department is not in the office. I have logged 2 complaints on their website to date but no response yet.
I have been asking the agents if I can view my statements online or through internet banking like I do with other banks but was told that this cannot be done. In the electronic age how is this not possible?
This is not how FNB can help me
