WORST BANK SERVICE EVER!!!

I had an account with nedbank but due to bad service decided to cancel the account and go to another bank. The above policy is a dreamaker policy and I called their call center on 0860555111 to change the debit order to my new bank but I was told to go to branch I did in Rosebank I was told by Londiwe that no they cannot help need to call the call centre I called the call centre again was told by a consultant called Consulate that no sorry I need to fax documentation I then asked to speak to a manager and was told she is busy and she would call me in 10 min 2 hours later I called had to wait 30min as they were looking for the manger by the name of Nomali Bhenu who came to the phone told me in no uncertain terms that she is busy can't be bothered to be calling me she was rude and shouted all the way through the conversation. I then asked to cancel the policy and was told to then fax or scan my document of which to them what me off is that all the years I've paid for this policy is going down the drain because if I cancel I won't get a red cent of all the money put in there
