To whom it may concern
I would like to lay a complaint against on of your employees Sibusiso
who called me on Monday the 14/10/2013 at 17h09 - this boy was
dispeakable rude as he was probing regarding my account - i informed
him that someone had already called me and we did discuss the
payments... he then went on to call me ''isilima'' - I asked him twice
who he was calling isilima after being arrogant and rude he responded
and said isilima is the person he is speaking too right now... after
being disguisted by this boy I dropped the call!!!
I am highly dissapointed if this is the way African Bank deals with
clients? Is it your policy to have swearing rude call centre agents?
Wow I am shocked beyond and will ensure that I take this matter as
further as I can possibly can...!
