African bank double debt my account

On the 25 of september 2013 african bank double debit my account and when I spoke to them on the 26th of september they said it would take 24 hours for the money to be reflected back into my account as to date no money has gone in and no one from the bank has bothered to phone me with regards to this issue I find it unacceptable that a bank of this nature can treat their customers like this
