ON TH 14/01/2014 REPAIRS TO MY CECILING BEGAN. CLAIM NO. 13/093458. AFTER THIS DATE TILL NOW 30/01/2014 @1.31PM, NO- ONE HAS RETURNED. THE REPAIRS NOT DONE AND I AM WITHOUT LIGHTS SINCE THEN. I FEEL THIS IS PATHIC SERVICE SINCE I HAVE CALL EVERYDAY AND PROMISES MADE. BUT NOTHING AND NO-ONE HAS COME OR EVEN CONTACTED US. OUR ACCOUNT GETS DEBITED WITHOUT FAIL FOR THE PREMUIMS, BUT WHEN ITS TIME FOR US TO CLAIM, THIS IS THE SERVICE WE GET... UNACCEPTABLE.
