Claim for blown off roof lodged on 30 Nov 2013. Nedbank only responded after their non response was logged with HelloPeter. Contractor and Assessor came out, but no repairs were able to be conducted due to Nedbank's delays.
So all over Christmas the family had a leaking roof!
3rd Jan 2014 Nedbank calls to enquire if the claim can be closed out - after being strongly told NO, as no repairs have taken place up until now the call centre promises to investigate and get back to the claimant!
Because the CallCentre does not get back, Ms Venketasen was contact on 6th Jan 2014 - again with the NOT FULL FILLED promise to get back.
Contact the call centre again today I get he same promise of being contacted back.
Does Nedbank Homeowners Insurance only work once complaint shave accumulated on HelloPeter???
