My dad who is a pensioner was trying to get a quote for his car, we are appalled at the attitude and treatment of your representatives.
Firstly Thato was rude to my dad, forcing him to give him his banking details. Like I mentioned my father is pensioner who need to his funds before committing, so he needed to discuss this with his family.
Thato was rude when my father mentioned this and asked "are you going to listen to your son? "
Unprofessional and Unacceptable to speak to your potential clients in that manner.
Thato also didnt email a quote as asked many times by my dad.
Secondly when my dad refused again to give his bank details without first revising with his family the premium and policy, Thato hung up on my dad!
Disgusting!
