Cancellation of 8-ta contract
On the 7th of November I send my cancellation via e-mail to Thato and the Cancellation Department at 8-ta, as my contract was to end 9th of December. I send an e-mail again to Thato and the Cancellation Department for a confirmation of the cancellation of my contract, I got no replay. On the 21 of December I went to their shop in the Waterfront in BFN, Thato was out and the other personell could not find anything. I was told Thato would contact me and that the Cancellation Department was sepose to contact me. I haven't got any response from anyone. I am not going to pay for a contract I cancelled and was to end on the 9th of December. What more can I do?
