VERY BAD SERVICE

I was contacting by Thato Lesito the yesterday who notified me about the outstanding balance. I phoned the called the centre twice yesterday, went to two different checkers for nothing because I was still unable to pay this outstanding amount. After calling for the third time I spoke to a gentlemen who said I actually needed to pay the account at ASBA.By this time I was highly annoyed after spending some much time contacting your people getting and driving around and still nothing was done to assist me to pay this account. Thato mentioned it's a technical problem. This is NOT a technical problem please sort out this matter ASAP the account was suspended the day before Thato notifying me about the outstanding amount. If Thato contacted me to give me the reason for why the account is suspended surely Thato could give all the information like where such a special payment needs to be paid if not at the normal outlets, I am very unhappy with the service I've received. My dish is STILL currently not working
