After much consideration, I decided to finally "switch to FNB" as the ads say.
I am so disappointed I can cry!
This is 3 weeks ago, I am still unable to login to internet banking, I have to do the admin on all my debit order switching myself! The call centers keep cutting me off!! The supposed "Private Banking" which I have with them, is useless!!! Nobody can actually help me get access to my Internet banking, after visiting the branch, still nothing!!! Take my advise, DO NOT SWITCH TO FNB, they talk the talk, but definitely don't walk the walk!
