I got approuched by a premier banking consultant from FNB to switch to FNB from my current bank. In our first conversation there were a lot of promises of what I would get as part of the product package and how the whole switching process would be seamless. I find myself very disappointed as what I'm getting now is nowhere close to what I was promised. I find myself regreting the decision to switch and feel deceived. I cant access my online account so I have no visibility of my transactions and manage my finances in this VERY EXHAUSTING transition period. EPIC FAIL
