I have a dispute concerning a card transaction, the normal contact centre cannot help and refer me to the division that handles disputes, on 0875774444.
I called this number six times yesterday and twice this morning - in all cases I was put on hold with 'all agents are currently busy... blah! blah! and held on for at least 15 minutes each time before putting the phone down. This means that I have wasted over 2 hours hanging on for a service that does not exist!
How does the bank run a contact centre like this... if the systems are offline then tell your CUSTOMERS, the IVR can do this. Else provide sufficient resources to provide the service that you promise.
