Refuse to reverse debit orders

I went to my bank fnb to reverse debits on my account..

Consultant tells i need propf to reverse the debits.
What i dont understand is that i am using the account so there is no need for mr disclose the reason for reversal.

To cut a long story short, fnb is not making it easy and i am closing my account with you guys.
