These people are very Unscrupulous in their loans granting hidden cost, no authority to debit etc,

After investigating the dispute we received from the National Credit Regulator, we wish to respond as follows:
You have been advised that although you did accept the quotation and agreement to include the policy, we will accept the your policy without the retrenchment benefit but need to view the policy to ensure that all other benefits (death, disability and dread disease) are covered. Should we accept the complainants policy, you will not be covered for the loan and will remain liable for the payments should you become retrenched.
