Same statements sent 15 times - no resolution

The first report is on an allegedly outstanding amount to Standard Bank. Payments were made according to the statements received from Standard Bank. Proof of payments were faxed to ARA. Standard Bank arranged for ARA to handle this matter therefore I think it is incumbent on Standard Bank to obtain these proof of payments.
Clearly Standard Bank and ARA have a problem with communication.

I have copies of each payment together with 'proof of payments' sent by fax to ARA.
This does not seem to be good enough.
