BUSINESS BANKING SYSTEMS OLDER THAN NOAH'S OAK!!!

In general business banking at Standard bank has gone backwards. No one is ever available to assist a person and the staff are permanently in meetings and training. Everything is now been diverted through a central point which clearly cannot cope with the work load. I have been sent an email with the business credit card statement attached of which a decoder program is required to open it. This program is not available for Windows 8. Windows 8 has been out for the last year and half! You cannot buy a computer today without Windows 8 on it. When you contct the contact number on the email for decoding issues, apparently this issue is not their problem. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this issue resolved of which it is still not resolved. When is Standard Bank actually going to deliver decent average services to the business banking sector. Your inability to get the job done is impacted the performance of businesses which results in lost time lost money. I really do think its time I change our business banking to another more-with-the-times bank. Really pathetic!!!
