When I called FFW Insurance I was confused and sad because I just had a burglary in my new home. I was not even sure if the insurance will be able to assist me since I have just moved in in the house and did not alert them on time that I have just changed my address. Maggie was a sent because she asked all the questions and requested the necessary documents which I did provide. She kept me updated almost every day about the progress. This claim took only 10 days, I mean 10 days to be processed and finalised. I am proud of being part of this family. Thank you Maggie for the great attitude, May Bless you.
