After receiving broken promises and below par service the day before from a Mi way call center agent, I called Miway again with the intention cancelling my policy if they couldn't resolve my very simple request to amend my policy. I was beyond furious when Ntokozo took my call and she manged to calm me down, listen to my very simple problem and resolved it very easily although it did take about an hour but she explained to me why its taking so long and kept on apologizing for the long wait. All in all the company should thank Ntokozo for her cool and calm demeanor and being able to resolve queries quite efficiently
