3RD PARTY CLAIM NIGHTMARE, DISGUSTING SERVICE

On 06/09/2013, a lady reversed into me at a shopping centre denting the left side of my car. She jumped out an apologised saying she was sorry and that she hadnt seen me. I got her details and reported the accident. Contacted her insurance, spoke to Maggie who was rude and arrogant and told me to claim from my insurance because "PEOPLE LIKE ME" don't understand how insurance works. I called her supervisor Michelle and complained about the terrible service but nothing came of it. I emailed all documents to Maggie including an independant eye witness statement who saw this lady reverse into me and damage my car. I get a reply saying that they deny liability because their clients bumper is too low to have caused damage to my vehicle and that her client denies everything. Has Maggie inspected both vehicles? Has she measured the distance from the ground to determine the bumper is too low? Put both cars together! Has she undertaken her own forensic investigations to come to this conclusion? And they dismiss the eye witness statement? Who is Maggie, the self-administered judge condoning a guilty person? Now this goes to my lawyer and Ombudsman! R4000 damage is damage I didnt ask for!!
