I am really confused. Upon seeing all the adverts on the TV of 1st for women, they really are appealing to a woman as even on the advert they make you feel no1 but when i phoned in to have life insurance explained to me, I was reassured with it all. I even went as far as to purchase this of the phone as I was happy with the premium and the benefits I got with it to cover my family when im not around anymore.
Today, im told I have life insurnace not with 1st for women but with 1life Direct?? I get all my mail from 1st for women and I get all emails from 1st for women but I actually have the life insurance with 1 life direct. Please explain what is happening as my family will be left with lots of questions when I pass away.
I knew life insruance without hassles was too good to be true...
