I had been let down badly by a previous insurer and at my boyfriend's recommendation, joined the OUTsurance family for car and household insurance 3 months ago. On 27 January, my Golf died and I was left stranded. I immediately called OUTsurance to find out if a towing service was included in my premium. The extremely helpful and courteous advisor, Isaac Matabo Chepape, advised that I was fully covered for this. Within 5 minutes of my call, OUTsurance had sms'ed my claim number's reference and the towing company had also called to advise on a collection time. All in all, it took 45 minutes from my initial call to my car being collected. I don't think you get any better service than that and I can only say that anyone who is unhappy with their insurers should take the time to change to OUTsurance. What an absolute pleasure to deal with professionals who truly care about their customers. I hope I don't have to call them again any time soon, but even if I do, I know that whatever my loss is, will be swiftly and efficiently dealt with by OUTsurance. Thanks, you guys are absolute stars!
