Phoned to change my address ant my premium went up with R80.00.I moved to a more secure area and said I refused to pay an extra R80.00. When I end the call I said I'm not confirming at that time because I will first contact other insurance companies. That evening Budget debit my bank with R112.00. So the did not take note and just proceed. If you listen to the call there was no mention or authorizing my bank account. But please see the letter they mailed me:
