FALSE ACCUSATIONS, BAD ATTITUDE

I am a good customer and has been so for a long time, yesterday I phoned for my balance enquiry and I used my new cell phone number.
I got told my account is now blocked I spoke to "L" recorded call number 140128-000759 then she transferred me to "J" recorded number is the same he interrogated me telling me im not the card holder telling me he demands more info from me telling I have a Foschini account which im not telling him about. I have never ever had a clothing account ever! He questioned this sarcastically telling me now do I pay only cash for my clothing? How does he dare speak to me like that.
I managed to phone back call record number 140128-00748 she then transferred me back to him as I wanted an apology he put the phone down in my ears.

NOW I will stop all my payments to RCS until I get a written apology
Why must I pay if I get this treatment.
I am so shocked that I was treated this way I can not believe I have been paying this account on time every month for years and get this treatment.
