STOP HARASSING ME

I have had my new Vodacom contract for a whole 2 weeks and EVERY day since then I have received phone calls and sms's from Edgar's telling me that my account is in arrears. Well I have never had an account with Edgar's and I don't want one either - especially now! Acc 7006600100036881094 is NOT mine!!! Please remove my phone number from your records with immediate effect. I am so sick and tired of telling the clerks that this is NOT me I am not K Muburak or whatever the the that did you out of money's name is. I take massive offence at this and I have tried to be nice but you keep phoning what is wrong with you? I got assurance from your head office that my number was removed and I even emailed your accounts dept to ask to remove my details. Why don't you just do it now? What do you want from me? A drop of blood to prove I am not the ducker and diver you are looking for! Get your acts and you records right - it's shocking of a big company like you to have incorrect information. I wouldn't open an account with you if you were the last clothing store in earth. I want an apology in writing and an assurance that you will not phone me again
