Internet Banking service suspended

Obtaining a new ATM card is a nightmare, Requesting one is quite simple, but in the arms of Khathide is the worst EXPERIENCE EVER. To load a new card and to link your combi to your exciting beneficiaries resulted in a duplicate registration for Internet Banking. My access account number is my saving account number and my debt for monthly fees is my cheque account. She registered me again for internet banking on my cheq account which I did not requested. I learned that I was register twice. I called the Branch manager John to have this rectified which he did and this week my account is suspended. Whom give such instruction and I want a full report on this. I was force to make use of alternatives resource to make payment manually yet Iam unable to enjoy a facility that Iam paying for... I want a full report... I basically provided them with training what to do, but being a client on the other end what do I know... Working with the Internet banking facility when Employed at Absa I know the ins and out... but I was too stupid to Khathide... Iam still Iam able to log in using me savings account... What the
