Day 3... After spending over 40 minutes yesterday trying to resolve an issue regarding an unauthorized debit from my cheque account and after lodging a complaint on Hello peter... I received an SMS from FNB this morning... to contact Sylvan regarding my complaint... YES THATS RIGHT no phone call a sms.
I received the sms at 9:19 and I've been trying to call Sylvan on 011 352 8798 for the past hour and YES no answer - I've left a message and YES nobody called back.
It is shocking that FNB can't even call you to resolve a problem. IF you send a sms please ensure that somebody answers the phone then customers phone back PLEASE.
