UNRESOLVED COMPLAINT DRAGGING FOR MONTHS

I posted a complaint a week ago for this dragging unresolved issue on international money transfer. It is still unresolved! i received an e-mail from Premiere banking telling me someone will call from FOREX team. I got a call just now from FOREX using a mobile number.. 27875774 and I was asked to give my account details as they would have to do the transfer for me since according to they man who called they cannot resolve the online problem!!! Seriously?! is this how you protect client information??? Asking for bank details over the phone? Where is this bank's security procedure? You don't expect people to give bank account details to a stranger over the phone! FNB has to to resolve this!!! This is unacceptable! This is the worst bank I have encountered!
