I approached Kellyn for a quote from African Independent. She was very efficient, patient & friendly in her dealings with me. She explained all the details in terms which I could understand and the whole quote took about an hour to process. We first had contact our insurance company to compare prices and Kellyn patiently waited for us to get back to her. It took about a week for us to come to a decision and in that time I did not once feel pressure from her to commit and she did not harass me to promise like some agents would have done.
