Best Service Delivery - Why not?

Tuesday 28th. February 2014 14:45. Went to ABSA Branch Walker Drive Port Elizabeth.
What a very pleasant surprise, for we are Pensioners and really to deal with most people like us the Employee needs to have a real dedication and plenty of Patience and enjoy what they are doing, it's not just a JOB and "really if it was not for the work, I'd rather not deal with the Public".
Well let me tell you this, the Teller who assisted us was an extinct dying type of Employee, her name was Odette Bowren. She was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable with loads of Patience, treating us as if we were the only Customers. Service Delivery? yes! I feel that Management sitting in their "Ivory Towers" should often take time to quietly see why they are losing Customers, instead of spending BIG Money (Our Money by the way) on useless Advertising, really all they need are FRONT LINE Employee like Odette Bowren who simply just applies her Knowledge, Pleasant friendly Respectful Attitude and no matter who the Customer is in front of her, gives them her best Friendly Service with plenty of Patience. Golden Oldies
