It's not me

For the past 3 months I have been receiving 3 calls a day to speak to someone that is not me about their account. The call is from a computer so there is no option to say it is not me and if I say it is me (with the hope to speak to someone else but a computer) it says I will be reported if I go ahead and pretend to be someone I am not
I did phone FNB on my own costs and was on the phone and put through several times when they said it should not happen again, but for the past 4 days they are still calling me.
I don't even bank at FNB
