This is the worst Service I have ever Received in my existence, I was in a Car Accident on the 28 of April 2013, I Called king Price Immediately For assistance they couldn't assist me because I didn't know my policy Number, like who remembers a Policy number after an accident, I gave them my Registration Number & etc, still It was not Good enough they couldn't help, I Submitted my Claim on the 30 of April 2013, After I managed to get the Policy Number (CKP1003151/1), only on the 3rd of May 2013 my car got towed from where it was left after the accident, that's like 3 days later, worst case scenario I never got any Feedback from their Claims Department the whole one Full month of May 2013, I had to call in to find out what is happening with my claim, sometimes I never Got hold of the Person responsible for my Claim (Michelle Rademan) I would be told she is off sick or busy just excuses all the time not even responding to my Emails or send a mere sms to update me about my claim, I Demanded Answers and I was told that, they won't fix my car because the damage is 70% more than the value of the Car and they want to write the car off, were as it's not true, the car was Still in a Driv
