I was called by a MiWay agent selling me a product and he mentioned a vehicle that i have no knowledge of that is currently under my profile. I requested he explain this to me and he just said that this was only a quote being perfomed on the vehicle and it is not included under my policy.
This did not sit well with me and i requested further explaination from him why this was happening, he transferred me to the accounts department and they too could not explain this.
I waited for their call back for 3days until i decided to call them myself!
Still no help.
I was kept holding on the phone for close to 30min and this did not help as i was still not assisted.
I requested a call back from their website, still nothing.
Four days later they have the audacity to send me my revised policy details via email. As if nothing ever happened.
I am really dissatisfied, disappointed and shocked by thir customer service!
I really cannot insure with a company that takes for granted their customers.
