Their whole system is running backwards.i paid for something Weeks ago but it gets deducted now from my account.not just my account, but my wife's account as well. I'm fed up.they wont even call me to rectify the problem because they know they are wrong. I'm still waiting for 2 managers to call me back to rectify problems. But as per usual they will not take responsibility for their actions or their system.if someone is going to call me, please let it be the appropriate manager and not a consultant because the manager cant handle a situation.
