Accounts de-frauded and have to wait for payback

The slogan How can we Help you does not mean much if your accounts are being accessed at night and all your money, credit card, cheque account and salary has been transfered into other accounts. According to the bank it is not their fault! They offered me an overdraft for 9% interest for my own payment to survive this month. I want my money transfered back into my accounts immediately, why should I suffer if the bank cannot keep my money, which i entrusted to them, safe. To me this is very bad service from my bank and I am one very unhappy customer with a lot of debt without my own doing.
