King price, on the 10th of January 2014 deducted an amount of R706.86 on my account without notifying me. That happened after I cancelled my policy/ car insurance with them which was on the 9th of January 2014.
I did enquire with them via email the following day (11/01/14), and I was replied on that same date that the refund had already been processed. I have not received my money back even today (28/1/14). I did try re-emailing one of their consultant to find-out what may be causing the delay, and there has not been any response. Calling was another alternative route I took after I have realised that the person I contacted is no longer responding to my email. The person I spoke to told me that I will be refunded on the 23rd of January 2014; and also informed me that the refund process normally takes 4 working days. According to my calculation it has been far more than 4 working days. I Now don't know what more to do to get my money back.
