I received a call from a King Price consultant offering vehicle insurance. They did a quote for me and I said I was interested but I was told that cover won't be finalised until I submit vehicle details (VIN number etc.). When I called back to submit the required info, the phones just rang and nobody from King Price ever called me back to follow up. I got alternative insurance as I couldn't drive out of the dealership uninsured. I was unpleasantly surprised when King Price deducted R1372.00 from my account a few days later. The first person I spoke to about "cancelling" my cover (which was never finalised in the first place) got upset and dropped the phone on my ear. The next three people I spoke to tried to convince me to stay with King Price because they are "the best in the business" and then assured me that the cancellation was done and they would call me back about my refund after consulting with management. This happened three times and nobody has called me. Your service delivery does not match your marketing campaign. You have not provided any service to me therefore you have no right to my money.
