Is this the kind of service i should expect?

1.contacted you to change start date to 01.01.2014

2.agent confirmed start date changed 01.01.2012, agent confirmed no debit will go off for december

3.start date not changed (King service right there)

4.debited my account 04.12.2013

5.delaying with refund feedback (this could have been so easily resolved)

6.I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON (SIMPLE REALLY)

7.get that guy who is handling my query to call back, it doesnt take 2hrs to confirm a refund.

8.waiting...
