I went to the capitec bank in constantia looking for a loan. Mpho was the consultant assisting me @ the time. She had some few problems getting a hold of my company which meant that she could not approve the loan. As a result I was frustrated. But she handled the situation smoothly and effectively, as she did everything in her power to find alternative contact numbers and to get hold of my HR. She finally did and not only did the loan get approved she also introduced me to some of the capitec products that could help me save Money.
