I phoned Outsurance today to make amendments on my policy. Zama was so polite to offer to call me back.
She was so friendly I could hear her smile on the phone! She managed to put all my excesses on the minimum for me and also threw in a bit of a saving! She truly made my day!! It was unexpected, but honestly very welcome!!
