Bad service, attitude as well as incompetence

I went to Ghandi branch to collect my card which i had to wait on the que for more than 30 minutes as there was only 1 lady helping while it was pick hour 12:15 till 13:30hrs. When i gave her my ID and utility bill from City of Jorburg - surprisingly she asked me that the grammar was incorrect on the slip. She took more than 5mins to go and verify from their so called back office and when she came she advised that they had to scrutinise it - so i want to know what she meant (does it mean i forged the slip or what) She was even rude and incompetent as i asked that i applied for a loan in December using the same utility bill, my accounts with Standard bank use that same utility bill. I want to know what what they want me to do - go to City of Jorburg as for their special receipt which will take another day - have an hour to their branch... I CANT EVEN GO BACK TO THEIR BRANCH - PREFER THEY HAVE TO DELIVER IT TO ME OR THEY CANCEL THEIR CARD
