Last year Dial Direct handled my claim very quickly after my car was broken in to. And then when it came to the external company who had to put the glass in it took forever and they never contacted me. Dial Direct came back to me and I was happy with their response. I am no longer happy since the EXACT same thing has now happened again. I claimed for my lost camera, DialDirect was very efficient and I was told on 16 January 2014 that Orms would conclude the claim. I have to date not received a phone call, email or even just an SMS giving me any sort of idea how long it will take be completed. I sent a message to DD about this yesterday morning, and more than 24 hours no response. I was impressed both times at how painless the process SEEMED to be until I had to deal with the external suppliers. This makes me one unhappy client.
