4 debit orders taken off in the space of 2 days?

On 20 Jan 2 loan repayment debit orders were put through my account. On 24 Jan another 2 were taken off. EACH debit was for R3372. THey have taken just over R10 000 extra from my account. I spoke to Rodrigues who told me they cant reverse the extra 3 payments as this would put my account in ARREARS? When I finally got him to see that this is not the case he then said that I had to wait 48 hrs for the refund to happen. I have other debit orders going off and do not want unpaids on my account not to mention the fines the merchants will levy. I spoke to a surly supervisor Ntsibisi who didnt want to help. I asked for a manager and was put on hold for 10 min! Rodrigues came back and said I had to wait. I asked for the managers direct line and was given 0116301028 which is Falcon Enterprises. I had dialed the number while still on the line with Rodrigues so was able to ask why he had about the number. He just said that he would see about the refund. How does this help me? WHo is going to clear the unpaids when they come through? Who will pay the fines? This is so unacceptable but it would seem that Nedbank doesn't care at all!
