ABSA BANK STAFF ARE PASSING THE BUCKET

It has been now 20 days, and my issue has still not been resolved. The Administration office is unreliable, the vehicle car finance who are the ones to deal with this matter are not interested and are not keeping me informed about anything. Managers and team leaders do not care and have done nothing to further the matter to get my results that i need... and all i need is my vehicle registration papers. I have complained to action line... and have had no response. So everyone needs to know that this is really bad service and that absa claims to have good customer relationships is rubbish. No one is qualified enough to give a correct and straight forward answer. I have dealt with so many people who have told me 4 different stories. I need help and i need it now, as this is a matte or urgency and no one at absa seems to realise this. So if you are reading this and are ready to reply with an automated set message appologising, i am not interested... you need to contact me as soon as you read this as i will take this matter further than absa bank can handle.
